ABOUT

About SUNSET

SUNSET is an independent, student-run engineering collective based at Sejong University. We are not a club in the recruiting-poster sense — there's no membership fee, no mandatory attendance, and no marketing team. What we have is a shared workspace, a slow but steady stream of projects, and an archive.

This site exists to document that archive honestly: what got built, what worked, what didn't, and what's still in progress. Projects here range from finished, deployed systems to half-working prototypes that taught us something and got shelved. We'd rather show the real state of things than a highlight reel.

If you're a student at Sejong (or anywhere else, honestly) who wants to build something and doesn't mind other people reading your commit history later, see the Join page.

How we work

Ship, then document

Projects get written up as case studies once there's something real to look at — not before.

No gatekeeping on skill level

Beginner-level projects are tagged as such, not hidden. Everyone starts somewhere.

Archive over marketing

Limitations and dead ends are documented alongside the wins.
